My fitness journey started about 10 years ago when I signed up to the gym and did all the wrong things to tone up and loose some wobble. I guess you could say I took the scenic route to achieving my health and fitness goals. After many lessons learned (which I am grateful for) and education acquired, I am here to guide as many women as I can into building a strong resilient, reliable, and functional body and mind in a timely and sustainable manner.
Being a Mother, coach, and Professional Athlete, I value time, professionalism, discipline, commitment connection, care and of course results. Outside of my coaching career you will find me; in the gym lifting to be strong and resilient, with my family entertaining our 3 children, competing as a Bikini Athlete, appreciating fine food, teaching Classic Pilates-with a rehabilitation focus. I have a fascination for biomechanics, quality movement, injury prevention and movement progression.
